It’s very similar to a clinic appointment, but much calmer! We come to your home at a scheduled time. We can examine your pet in their favourite spot—whether that’s the living room rug, the garden, or their bed. We bring all necessary equipment, medications, and scales with us. Most pets find this significantly less stressful than the car ride and waiting room environment.

Just ensure your pet is accessible (e.g., cats are inside and not hiding under a bed that is hard to reach). It is helpful to have a clear surface like a table for smaller pets, though not strictly necessary. If parking is difficult on your street in Sutton, please let us know the best place to park beforehand so we can arrive on time.
